Hi,

I’m writing this in total desperation.

I unpaired my Apple Watch Series 8 cellular from my phone and now I cannot get the dataplan added back on.

After 13 calls and 20 hours on the phone to 202 (also with two ‘tickets’ raised which have resulted in nothing)  the lady which I won’t name admitted that she does not know what the problem is and cut my iPhone sim off, but I’ve had calls cut previously because 202 don’t know how to resolve the problem or I’ve been put back into a queue of calls.

I have been to two different o2 stores but both said the issue is outside of their remit and suggested contacting Apple which I did and after they ran some diagnostic checks on the watch they established that the problem is with the carrier (o2) .

How do I get this issue resolved without permanently going round in circles??

Thanks all.

You'll need to cancel the old plan and activate a new one.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
