Hi, which variant did you preorder?
I placed an order on 10/09/2022 at 21:37 for the 14 Pro Max 1TB Deep purple but still no DPD or 02 confirmation about delivery 😞

I got an email saying my order has been dispatched, with a tracking number I have no idea how to use, its 15 numbers long 🤷🏻♂️, no email from DPD or anything, just the O2 generic email with tracking. So no idea who the courier is or how to track it. O2 site still says my order is being processed.

My OH's phone has been dispatched and also had a numeric tracking number. Turns out it is DHL if that helps🙂

I ordered mine of Saturday 10th of Sept at 10AM, it still says 'ordered received' on the app and haven't had anything to say I can go and collect it from the shop

Strange, mine’s via DPD! Maybe they’re using 2 couriers this year?
Mine was on the generic tracking email too, I just pasted it into the DPD website, asked for my postcode and brought up the details.
