No network / data

My iphone and apple watch both have no network or data from an hour or so ago.

I've checked and it says no issues in my area
I've restarted my phone

I've manually selected o2

Still no luck.

Tried the live chat on the o2 app (I can connect to my wifi) but still waiting for an advisor.

Any other suggestions?

Thanks

Check guides:

Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone?

Or contact O2 Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Already done all this and also reset my network settings to no avail.

O2 chat got back to me and said their network is fine.

So now at a loss to what to do.

Managed to get a ticket raised for the issue and they say it could be 3-5 days before a response and then closed the chat!

Issues don't always show immediately so keep checking the network status for updates.

Thanks. I always have wifi calling on. However it is also not showing up as I believe it only shows up when you have a o2 network.

Wifi Calling shows even if you have no mobile signal, as it connects to your WiFi service, and that is what it is designed for...

The only caveat is no WiFi Calling on PAYG

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

Ok well something is up as no wifi calling and no network. Same for my apple watch which is tied to my account. My wifes account on o2 is working fine.

The no network did seem to coincide with o2 sending me texts saying I had run out of data (I hadn't, because I have volt and have another 30gigs of data which the myo2 portal shows). Wondering if there's a glitch on their side because of this error.

It's clearly an issue on your account then @bownyboy which would have been obvious if you'd checked the guides posted earlier.

Use the social media channels for the most sense although they will need nudging to speed things up.
