Hi, I too have lost all service and its frustrating when you can't even ring 202 and have to logon to find out whats going on. Hope we get back on soon as have people waiting to hear from me. Digger

Same here - second time in a couple of months - not happy! Maybe time to find a new provider 😞

Its awful, like you I rely on my phone and ive not had any serivce all day and no look on the internet so called o2 support, or land line. I need to get out of this contract. will never renew with them, it was a joke when i upgraded in feb and they charged me £1400 for internet usagae in a week!!!! took months to put right.

Been wanting to use my phone all day but unable to. Cant call text email etc all day!
It's not good and has affected my day.
I hope it sorts itself out soon

I cant understand why my 2 daughters who are also on o2 have perfect service and me and my partner have nothing, me and the girls are in the same area but dont know where my partner is cos i cant get hold of him!!!!!

No service since about 9am in London, and have been travelling all over the capital and no reception north of south of the river.
Can't open the status page as it keeps saying 'server isn't responding'

I phoned o2 and they said it was a network problem,but my son is on o2 aswell and is here with me and he could use his phone so back to o2 they then told me that some sim`s doesnt pick up the signal and they are working on it.They also said no compensation for Customers !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
