Hi Guys,

 

Since 8am today, our 2G voice and data service has been restored.

 

Our engineers are continuing to work on the 3G service and we anticipate a full restoration of services soon.

Regret to say this does not apply in Okehampton for the 2G service. Early in morning no outgoing service but could receive calls. Now all service lost. Yet your system shows it should be operational - something wrong. Continues even after restart on phones.

Will the people who were not able to use their phone get some sort of compensation from O2? I haven't been able to use my phone since last night and I've had important calls that I was meant to make and haven't been able to.

I know you say that the 2G netwrok is up and running again but my phone still will not work and has not worked since last night. I have turned it on and off about ten times and still no joy.

No service and I never use the internet on my phone, only use it for texts and calls, so only ever on 2G. Will we get credit for the disruption?

mines been playing up all morning still have not recieved all my msgs sent yesterday some are important ones! the playing about this morning has messed all my contact and everything up now have lost numbers i will struggle to get back this is not on!
