live chat normally has been good for me, but I'm in the same boat as some, I heard some peoples iPhone x orders had been moved forward so I spoke with someone via live chat and gave my order number which I was told originally was over 6 weeks but had the person on live chat tell me I'd receive my order within 3 weeks! at first I was excited but I went back on live chat to speak with a different person to get a second confirmation of this but was then told my order is still saying out of stock so I wouldnt not be getting it in 3 weeks! o2 needs to sort this out, educate your workers to know what they are doing or get rid!

O2 is always last to the party. Think: European roaming. The only reason we get this now is due to legislation.
I called o2 to ask about the Apple Watch cellular and was told if I wanted it, I'd have to move to EE and buy out my contract. As a loyal (not sure why!) o2 customer, my consumer choice is being limited by their refusal to even talk about the new tech needed for the Apple Watch. 3 have at least said they are considering it! Yet I am supposed to pay £200 to leave my sim only contract!?!
O2 - what do you say to that??

Hey guys what tariffs are people choosing. I’m quite a light user and even data I use a lot of WiFi.

Have had a poor experience with O2 this month and am still waiting to hear back from complaint review 9 days after I sent email to them, almost double the response time they quote.

back to tariffs. Looking at 5gb or 10gb.but can’t justify the spend when I compare with the new networks.

O2 5gb - £69.99 upfront and £69 per month = £1725.99 over 2 years.

virgin 5gb - £0 upfront and £58 per month = £1392 over 2 years. (Has same pay off deal as refresh and data rolls over. Uses EE network. Also can have 3 year contract reducing monthly to £40)

Its going to take a lot to keep me O2 with this price difference.

I wouldn’t keep stressing about it, especially considering it’s sunday. No chance of delivery today and it’s out of stock anyway.
It will get to you and you’ll get airtime added to your account for every day that it’s late (from the 3rd if you ordered before then). I imagine O2 want to get those orders out quickly rather than crediting hundreds of people with a cheaper bill.
