Signed virgin contract that included a sim & not received it

As the title says, signed a virgin contract, didn't receive sim. 02 say I haven't got an account, virgin just tell me to speak to 02. This has been going on for about 4 weeks. Losing my mind. Phone cut off from other provider, so have no calls or internet now. Any assistance welcome.

If o2 say you dont have an account then there is nothing else they can do for you, and you need to keep perserving with Virgin as it sounds like they havent placed the o2 sim order. 

 

If need be log it as a complaint with Virgin via https://www.virginmedia.com/help/complaints
