Morning, just moved over with Virgin Order No.***********. I'm a little confused.
My sim card is on its way (**********) but i asked to retain my existing number (***********). How can I correct this?
Also i asked for my wife's phone to be included in this contract, again can this be corrected?
Finally, my existing contract is with Tesco mobile and I'm out of contract. Do i now cancel that?
