I recently purchased an O2 plan and a Virgin Media broadband contract. It's been a day, and I was wondering how long it typically takes for the Volt benefits to appear. Because of my O2 contract, I upgraded my broadband package with Virgin Media but haven't noticed any changes in my O2 plan yet. I've heard that my data should double. How long does this process usually take? Do I need to contact someone to ensure it happens?
