I have been chasing O2 since late September to add the double data to my account.
No online or phone agent could help my problem.
Even O2 store guy failed to do it.
I provided all VM details they wanted in all of my calls and chats but I have never had my double data. And yes, I waited more than 14 days… since late September!!!
This is really frustrating and time consuming. Anyone can help please.
