As a VMO2 customer, I have volt benefits on my account. Due to the price rise announced I am looking to cancel my airtime plan. It’s not worth the money tbh. What affect will this have on my benefits and VM account?

Particularly note:

What happens to my Volt benefits if I leave O2 or Virgin Media?

If you leave O2, you’ll lose your double mobile data but you’ll get to keep your boosted Virgin Media broadband speeds. Likewise, if you leave Virgin Media, everyone in the household on an eligible O2 plan will get to keep their double mobile data.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@Darreng65 - If you have Volt benefits and then leave VM, your O2 account will remain 'as is' (double data and O2 Travel Inclusive) until you upgrade or change tariffs. Similarly if you leave O2, your VM account will remain 'as is' unless you change your package (renew or add/remove features mid-contract).

In theory it stays 'as is' but that is not a guarantee they would be in their right to remove it.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
