Hi,

Was looking at an iPhone 17 upgrade and noticed that my volt benefits were not being picked up on the system - getting the message

"There’s a change to your benefits

Sorry, as you're no longer eligible for supercharge benefits your new plan won't include Volt boosts like double data and travel benefits."

It was working fine a month or so ago when the 17 was launched but something in the o2 system has changed. No change on my side, volt benefits all applied to current contracts  and I have upgraded with switch-up with no problems before.

Any ideas? Not happy to upgrade without - don't trust the system and I don't have 5 hours to spend on O2 chat....

Your only option is to upgrade and then wait upto 14 days for it to be applied (As it isnt automatic) and then if it doesnt contact o2 and / or Virgin via Socials providing your Virgin Account details and what ever else they ask for.

There is no way to check or apply it before then...

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
