having terrible signal issues and have been for a few weeks.

My signal has low bars or the connection has been bad.  My daughter is o2 Alsop and she is picking up 4g etc and I'm not in the same place.

I feel like I'm sitting on low bars or bad lines internet also slow.

Ive done all the basic turning off mobile data, rebooting phone etc but always goes back.

Can you look at my settings and see if I'm set up correctly

@Laureng18 This is not O2. This is a customer community. You may have a faulty sim. If you have an O2 store nearby you can call in and they will give you a new one.

You can also reach O2 via social media for help:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Edit: Also see these guides: How can I sort out my network issues? - o2uk

Why do I have poor coverage indoors? (o2.co.uk)

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

This is a customer based forum so we can't look at your settings.

Have you tried swapping SIM cards with your daughter to see if the fault goes with it.?

Maybe a new SIM would be in order.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
