Landed in Kos, Greece on the 8th June 2025. Plane landed, turned my data back on and roaming. Within a few minutes I received a text from O2 stating I had access to my data etc etc just like normal. Since the 13th June my 5g signal has completely cut off and I have no access to any form of signal/data. I haven’t touched any settings it just stopped working. Does anyone know why this is?

We are a community of customers here so can't advise on that.
Generally
Manually search for another network
Make sure 4G calling is on
Turn off 5g
Change your data APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk" if using an iPhone.
Check with O2 whether you have a roaming bar on your account.
