I do not have signal on my phone and it’s been two days now. I met someone with an o2 sim but they don’t have any network issue. I have reset my phone yet nothing different

If someone has signal and you don't it may be a SIM or an account problem
If nothing in our guides helps then contact O2 by sending a message on one of the social media channels

Try a 2way SIM-swap.
Your non-working SIM in a known-working phone - what result?
A known-working SIM in your non-working phone - what result?
That shows whether the phone or SIM is the issue.
