Was your sim ok in your previous phone or is it a new sim?

If it's an old sim card get it changed at an O2 store but take photo ID

But first try your sim in another phone or another working sim in the S23

I would in the first instance try a new sim and the best bet is to pop to your local o2 store with photo ID and they can do a sim swap.

It might also be worth trying another o2 sim in your phone / your o2 sim in another phone.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account

@jonsie

In addition to the advice from @jonsie you can use this app to check and report any network issues https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

Morning @Sc17

I'm just following up to check if this has been fixed?

If no, and you have an eSIM, please drop me a PM with your mobile number.
