My iPhone just died. It won’t charge, re-boot or anything that is suggested. It’s only just 12 months old. I’m abroad on holiday so how do I get O2 to help me?

There is very little O2 can do whilst you are abroad

However, here's some advice from Apple. Try this and see if it restores your phone
