I have just got my new iPhone put sim in my new phone and I have no service

Is this an upgrade via O2? 

Chance they have swapped you to eSIM and turned off the old SIM

Check in My O2

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

or if you're trying to use a new sim, revert back to your old one.
