Hello, help please. My number was ported from three to o2 yesterday. Got a text confirming it was done and complete. For 20 mins all worked well. Then phone did not find the network, no WiFi calling. If you dial the original number it is disconnected. have tried customer services was told to wait 4 hours, done that no change. Have checked sim in another phone, same. Seams the porting has gone wrong and no one to speak to. Feel I am going to have to cancel within 14 day cooling off and loose the number I’ve had for many years!

@Rob35

All we can do is tell you to contact customer services, as this is not customer services but a customer to customer community.

It sounds like a split port, or three have disconnected the number on there side.

Guide: How to find help & contact O2

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

Thanks interesting after it worked and o2 sent me the completion text I then got a text from three saying the number was being disconnected. After this I couldn’t access o2z so I think you are right. I have messaged customer support both on the app and phone calls, now told to wait 24 hours! Somehow I feel it’s going to take longer than this to fix, I don’t really want to loose the number will have cost with new business cards etc so let’s see

An update: chased this morning as I am staying on top of them. Not sure customer services understood me at all, got told that it’s resolved when it isn’t, then got told another 24 hours. Then had a message that I want to cancel which I don’t. Well not yet anyway. Done all the testing, swapping the sim to another device, still not working. Stuck for now!
