Since you've merged with Virgin Media, I can't log in anymore to my account and having to log in with a defunct account. My current account is still using the same email address but logs in with in an o2.co.uk account what does not work with VM02.
I've been told over the phone that the app would be fixed today but it has not and still cannot sign in.

Oh dear, customer services telling porkies again. Yes, there are problems with some older accounts but the app does work

Not sure I'm the authority on this at all but I do have a similar problem
@Dave-O2 is trying to help me, but no luck so far apart from O2 wanting me to jump through hoops to fix their issue.
