Hi

i can’t receive calls or texts and keep getting the same activation message. I have done a reset on network settings, restored the phone, updated and all the other troubleshooting steps. It has been more than 24 hrs. What do I do? I have seen others have had the same issue.

@Yvessa

Is your sim active?

If you have upgraded, are you using your old sim or did you do a sim swap to activate the new one?

Settings >Phone >My Number.

Is it correct? If not, edit, save and reboot phone.

Have you reset your network settings since the port in?

Do you have a zero spend cap?

Sometimes shortcodes can be blocked by a spend cap, which is what the phone is trying to send to activate facetime and imessage.

Raising the cap to £5 may help.
