Hi

The other night, I noticed that the screen on my Samsung A52 was damaged. All I can see on it are little blue blotches. I would like to know how much O2 would charge me to have this repaired. I ordered the phone on 6.10.2022

Quite frankly you are better going direct to Samsung than booking a repair via O2

https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/repair/

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@Sparky1892

O2 help page here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/device-and-sim-support/device-repairs

You would need to send it in for a quote which you can then choose to accept or have the phone returned to you to try elsewhere.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Thanks for the advice, but I would rather find out the price before sending it.

@Sparky1892 You may get an estimate but you won't get a price as other damage may be apparent once they get into it.
