Urgent issue! Spent over 6 hours on O2 customer service today, only facing hang-ups and no resolution. Many advisors barely speak English, and those who understand put me on hold for 40+ mins. Unable to activate iMessage/FaceTime for 3 weeks since getting a new SIM after losing my phone. Visited Apple Store, O2 Store, but all direct me to call O2. Apple attempted an international text, failed, and said it's a Sim issue. Any advice or contacts appreciated. Thanks for your support!

@Bebe75

Settings >Phone >My number.

Check if correct and edit, save if not.

Reset network settings.

Contact O2 to check that iData is enabled on account.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

You need O2 to add idata to your account

Those apps won't work without it
