iPhone just died

My iPhone just died. It won’t charge, re-boot or anything that is suggested. It’s only just 12 months old. I’m abroad on holiday so how do I get O2 to help me?

Resolved! My O2 not working from PC

I have tried logging in to MyO2 from my PC several times today - all I get is a blank screen after entering my login details.I have tried Chrome and Bing, I have cleared the cache and cookies. I have rebooted the PC. Nothing works.On my iPad it works...

No wifi or network for the last week

My husband and I are both 02 customers..we have had no wifi or network for the last week. We have a 5 year old child and have no way to make emergency call. We cannot recieve or make any calls. Please could you look into this. As a matter of urgency....

Wifi connection on London Underground

Hi. I have recently been transferred from Virgin Media to O2. I now have an O2 sim in my One+ 8T Android phone but cannot connect to o2 on the London Underground.Any suggestions, please? Four of your stores have so far been unable to solve this.
