My SIM card has been damaged and need a replacement. My O2 website is not enabling me to do it, only 'swap' sim card but I am not able to as it wants to text to my SIM / Mob number which is not available as damaged. How do I get a replacement SIM card?

@meadies_at_cop

The easiest and quickest way forward for you would be to pop into your local O2 store with photo ID.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

or give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202

But instore is the best option as stated by @MI5

I believe waiting for social media could be a test in endurance at the moment

Possibly overrun with distraught iphone customers
