Incoming calls

I have been missing calls from a hospital number, the hospital claim that they are leaving voicemails but I don’t get them. They asked if I had 0800 numbers blocked. If they are I don’t know how to rectify that. Any help appreciated.

Why can't I access my Apple music add on
