Tried to cancel my phone contact over 90 minutes on the phone and no
further forward. Tried to complain and all they did was put me back in
the wait queue. I’ll be moving provider as soon as I can - really poor
service
My phone calls when using the mobile phone signal keeps cutting out and
people cannot hear me. I have changed phone and it still happens. WiFi
calls work OK though. I rang o2 to order a new sim, the call rep
couldn't hear all of my call (the issue). ...
been trying to contact O2, had the phone cut out whilst I was waiting,
android cant help and the website is a nightmare to find the contact a
person button
