When someone calls me they get the message "the number you have called
is not recognised" This has been going on for several months, O2
replaced my sim and I've replaced the phone but the problem persists.

Thank you for this I'll give it a go. When I called them earlier in the
week, they didn't know what to do! My account is all paid and up to
date, I clear it monthly so it isn't an overdue balance. Thanks.
