Calls not connected

Just came back from travelling in europe and now calls won't connect?

Texts work fine

Looks like I'm connected to O2 network just fine

Tried to manually connect to other network but sim won't allow that

Any tips on why call will not connect? Phone just ends calls immediately ! Samsung galaxy A14

Note, discovered in France that the sim had a block. Got that released so I could connect to the network there. Any chance they blocked UK calls when releasing european calls? Seems far fetched...
