Wi-Fi calling

How do I set up Wi-Fi calling ? I set it up in settings then it asks me to go to the o2 website . I’ve tried to look on the website but I can’t find any details on how to add Wi-Fi calling to my account. Thanks

Text and phone fails

Often when i send a text, it doesnt send and not registered on network appears under the unsent text message. Calls fail as well while i am speaking. Thinking of changing to another provider. Can anyone help?

The number you have called is not recognised

When someone calls me they get the message "the number you have called is not recognised" This has been going on for several months, O2 replaced my sim and I've replaced the phone but the problem persists. What do I need to do?Thanks.
