Phone confusion

When some of my friends phone me I can hear them they can't hear me. If I then phone them back we can both hear each other. They are not blocked in my contacts .it's very confusing and frustrating ? Any help would be fantastic. Nina

LTE-M coverage

Hi, we are launching a product using LTE-M and we are finding a lot of areas where there is no coverage. Is there an accurate map that shows where LTE-M is actually available? If we know this at least we can plan for it. ThanksParj
