Conference call

I want to set up a 3 way conference call on my phone but it won't let me merge in the 3rd call. Google searching tells me this may be down to my network provider not allowing this type of call. Is that correct and is there a way to get this changed.

terrible signal

bad signals in the house. when my work is down i struggle to hold telephone conversations unless moving around or going upstairs. family of the same network also have awful signal inside.
