My Wi-Fi is totally rubbish I can only use it in one room in my house and that is the room where the router is and nowhere else I really need to get this sorted can you help please

The fault is with your router or phone.
O2 have no control over your wifi.

I was told when I moved to Virgin which is now 02 that I would be able to get Wi-Fi 100 m from my house I can't even get it one room away
