Wifi connectivity

My iPhone 7 is showing as connected to my home wifi in settings but the internet is not working properly on it. It’s fine when I switch to data and all other devices in the home are connecting to the internet fine via the same wifi, what could the issue be please? Thanks

Hi @Kirsty_L 

It sounds as if there is something wrong wth your phone or settings(if all other devices work ok using your Wifi)

First thing to try is to reboot the phone, turning it off and back on. This usually clears any minor issues. If this doesn't work then check your settings. If Wifi Assist is on, then turn it off (or vice versa)

If still not working properly then give Apple a call https://support.apple.com/

Check the connection in your area. I have been waiting for over a year now for ours to be fixed I have now had broadband connectivity
