WiFi calling on change of phone

I have put my sim on a I phone 12 pro and my WiFi calling is not working

i have checked the settings

You also need to call O2 on 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202

Also set it in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
