Since the beginning of March we've been experiencing poor voice and data services at home. Struggling to get to the end of a call without it being cut off at least once. Internet is very slow once I leave the safety of out wifi. When checking network service status it says a mast isn't working.... from previously saying it isn't working correctly.

As it stand, both myself and my wife are paying for a service that really is not very good at all. We both work from home so we need the phone to speak to colleagues etc. Can anyone provide any details or, chase up a repair before it gets to a point of making a complaint that O2 are failing to provide the service we're paying for and release us from the contract so we can find a provider who can.

Thanks in advance

If you want to request compensation then contact O2.

Give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202.

Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.

O2 never give timescales for mast repairs. If you have a Wifi Calling option on your phone then use that. Also download the My Network app where you can get updates https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network

Thanks. Even with WiFi calling it seems to still trip a drop call. I'll take a look at the app. I've already registered for texts on repair updates but these just say... "Still broken, we'll get back to you in 48hrs" just to be told it's still broken. As I say, this has been going on since March now.

Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone?

Check https://status.o2.co.uk/ for faults

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
