Can someone advise me best person at O2 to contact regarding on ongoing issue I’m having trying to get a PAC code - it’s been 3 weeks and multiple promises broken of calls back and emails (not one received!) also hours spent on the phone to o2 - going round in circles and all I’ve got is a cancelled number that’s meant to be getting reinstated but hasn’t when I spoke to the escalation dept at the weekend
Absolutely disguised by this issue - it shouldn’t be this difficult!!
