Hi my phone has started displaying a contact as an Unknown caller when
they ring me about 80% of the time now! I've checked all phone settings
and they seem fine, done a soft reset on phone but nothing really helps!

I'm new to O2, having been with Vodafone for many years. My company
phone is O2 however so I do have familiarity with the network. I bought
two Oppo X5 pros for my wife and I a few months ago and have had nothing
but issue, much of it can be resolved...
Has anyone purchased an e sim overseas to make local calls there eg
grab? Going to Vietnam & Cambodia in a few weeks. Want to get an e sim
for my new phone (new to O2 also) so that I can make local calls whilst
there, and not have to use my U.K. sim....
