my iPhone not working with new ESIM

Hi

I have and iPhone 14 which 3 weeks ago stopped working Ivisted an o2 shop and they gave me a new sim.

to fully activate took nearly three weeks and does still not work properly -texta and incoming phone calls just get this number does not exist.

 

I have phoned o2 several times I have visited 2 o2 shops I have complained but no one has fixed it.

 

Each call someone promises to phone back and no one does except today and after connecting to a companies lady she said she would look at the recent history and guess what no phone call back !!!!!!

 

I Avery fed up ....

Can anyone help please ?
