Hi I recently got an upgrade from iphone to galaxy s10. I set up the phone then went away for two weeks without it and now when i go to turn it on it asks for my passcode which wont work and them my goodle details which I know i set up an email address for it when i initually got the phone but i cant remember any of the details. Should i send the phone back to o2 or what can i do. I done a factory reset and it still asks for the details. Please help as im paying for a phone I cant use.
Thanks you

Do you not know your gmail email address?
If not then set it up as a new phone.
Just register a new email address

Google factory reset protection (FRP) will have kicked in.
Here's how to bypass it.

Thanks for the reply, appreciate it. No I cant remember what email address I set it up with. I thought once I had finger print recognition on that when i used the phone again it would just ask me for that. Should I just send the phone back to O2 and get it fixed?
