I have an old O2 account. I need to get a replacement SIM. However I can't get help online or in store as I can't clear security as I can't remember my memorable name. Also it was a Pay Up Front for Life account and I don't have the bank details I originally used to set it up. I have also changed my email address since I originally registered with O2. How can I get somebody at O2 to help?

Hi O2Emma. Thanks for your response. I have not managed to clear O2 security. I registered the account a long time ago and I have since changed email address, bank details and I have forgotten memorable word as I use different ones now.
Any advice you can give would be most helpful. Thanks
