Porting problems - PLEASE HELP!!!

Hi, I'm having the same issue. My Vodafone SIM has stopped working but my number hasn't come across. Now people are unable to reach me. Can you help please.

Porting normally does not operate over the weekend, but as it seems your port has begun, it may complete today - keep rebooting the phone every so often. You could reach out to O2 via Social Media, detail in the link just 👇 below, but as the team responsible don't do weekends, it may be Monday until your port completes, @Halmossawi. Meantime, you could try WhatsApp on your phone, if you are in a place with a useable WiFi signal, and if your contact also uses WhatsApp. Good luck.
