Well done you know how to use a signal monitoring app.. 

 

Nothing you can do, as it is down to signal strength and what power the mast your phone is connecting to is outputting. 

 

You could use WiFi Calling for calls at home.

Thank you for your suggestions.  Nothing works.  O2 says no problems in my area.  How do you make internet calls?

What phone do you have. If you are looking at O2s list it is incompletr

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
