hi wrenched over from virgin kicking and screaming. Since coming over I have had no access to mobile data, several calls still haven't fixed this. Tried all the "fixes" still nothing Have sent out a replacement sim card to try but now I am unable to send or receive calls or texts so I am unable to do a simswop

Have you done the basics of changing the APN to mobile.o2.co.uk ??

apn's have no effect on calls or texts so won't fix that issue.
