Hi,

 

My number was ported to a Vodafone SIM fraudulently recently. I have it back, but cannot receive Text messages and only receive selective calls (i can find no pattern). 

 

O2 customer care are not very useful. 

Had new SIM card, done a network reset and phone reset. No joy. The SIM is no different in another phone.

I know the phone it was fraudulently swapped to was an iPhone.

 

Any help would be appreciated
