It’s a pre-order of an 14 Pro Max so it won’t be despatched for 6 days (hopefully!).
MyO2 says that they’re preparing my upgrade and the details will be updated shortly after I received 6 or so emails so I assume it’s all OK.

Matters not if the page is working now or not as you won't get any tracking until the phone is dispatched.

Order tracker still doesn’t work however my phone should be delivered in the next few days.
