Galaxy Book4 Pro 360 5G or is it the book 4 edge??

HELP! the above model on sale at 02 is completely different to the blurb given and specs on the o2 website. I've contacted o2 directly but the person I spoke to has no idea what I mean and just said keep refreshing the website.

the model specs is for the book 4 edge. so if I order what model am I getting? the older book 4 pro 360 or the Book 4 edge.

if you look om the UK o2 website you'll know what I mean. The book 4 pro 360 doesn't  come with the snapdragon processor?? hopefully somebody can make sense of the issue.

im still confused.........I can't find any way of ordering the book 4 edge then? the page you put up is the same one I can see......all you can order is the 360??? but as I said.....all the blurb and specs are for the edge. so how do I order the edge??? o2 sales have no idea what I mean.....they just keep referring to the 360 with the snapdragon processor and won't listen when I say it doesn't have that processor? or am I completely nuts???

One thing to note - O2's stock management system is abysmal - and on a bank holiday weekend, if something has fallen over, nobody there to fix it.

o2 dont sell the Galaxy book 4 Edge and never had done, and sorry to point out but the 4 Pro 360 has got a Snapdragon X Elite Chipset variant and o2 are selling through old stock as it has been superseded by the Galaxy Book 5 range..

ahhhh, thanks, I can't find anything on that model on google? so it does exist.....ill not order however, as I do like to see some reviews before I buy but all I can find is i7 reviews. thanks again!
