Losing Internet

Iv a samsung s21, it keeps losing Internet, i have to keep turning aeroplane mode on and off to regain Internet. Iv rebooted phone, reset network and its still the same. I can stand next to a friend with the same phone and network he will have 4g or 5g I have nothing, any ideas
