Guide: How can I sort out my network issues? and

Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone?

should help, @Alboyuk

As would swapping your SIM into a different phone to see if the problem moves with the SIM or us truly on your handset.

Good luck!

You can check and report issues here https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Stevenage has come up here before.

Looks to be congestion

Follow the advice given

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

You can set the app to keep an eye on places that are important to you,and it will let you know about engineering works planned and outages as the app picks up on them, @Alboyuk - all automatically, by SMS and e-mail.

Understand your network coverage

With the My Network app you can keep an eye on your coverage, wherever you are. Download the app and you’ll be able to:

  • check the status of our network in your area – you don’t even need to enter your postcode

  • test your network speeds

  • report any issues with your service.

It’s simple to use and means that you can check the network without having to visit the main site or even enter a postcode.
