Hi, for the last few weeks every time I leave the house I get a little icon in the top left corner of my phone which says "Sign in to O2 network", and I cannot get on the internet outside of my home, anywhere. If I try to sign into the O2 network, nothing happens. It means I cannot use any data outside of my home. My husband is also on O2 and has had no issues so it's not a mast issue. Under mobile networks on my phone the network operator is O2-UK. I'm not sure if something has changed in my settings ? I do have data roaming on. Is anyone able to help please ? I did ask on the online chat, but they were not any help. Thanks
