Hello,

I keep having network issues in a particular area. The network never works even if I have more than two bar in the signal. When I am on the area and check the network coverage it says I have no network and to report the issue. Which I have done numerous time but the issue hasn’t been resolved. When I’m not at that location and check the network coverage it says there are no issues. My phone is updated to latest software, I have restarted my phone and also reset the network settings. I am not sure what else I need to do. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks

Sounds like it may be network congestion. If so little you can do

Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone?

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Perhaps be clear what your phone is telling you.

If you have no coverage in a location you should, that's a loss-of-service. If you have indicated coverage, but are unable to use mobile data services, that's likely data congestion.

I said :-

Can you point me to it @Enlli because I cannot see it. The "Check coverage and network status" webpage is referenced, but the app is sometimes quite convenient.

I have now found it @Enlli ; was looking for a hyperlink but is just mentioned in plain text.
